ALM Construction Inc. (Aaron Lee Midkiff=ALM) was established in Janurary 2005 by the sole owner and president, we are a full service general contractor specializing in custom homes and swimming pools. Licenced, Bonded, and Insured are important factors when working with any contractor in Arizona, and ALM Construction has never had a single complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. The Midkiff family is a construction family having been building in northern arizona since 1980.

Aaron was born and raised in Cottonwood, went to Mingus High School, and Gradulted Magna Cum Laude from the Southwestern Assemblies of God Unversity- School of Business, in Waxahachie Texas. Aaron has is married to Beth, and has three children Dylan, Noah and Keira.

Dedicated to our community Aaron and Beth help coach local football, wrestling, soccer and baseball teams, and has served on the Design Review Board, and Board of Adjustments for the City of Clarkdale.

While weathering the housing market crash in 2008 we were able to diversify our services and gained a BPI energy certification. Also, in 2008 we jumpstarted the solar market in Northern Arizona and have designed and installed over 150 systems.

We may not always be the low ball price but when it comes to quality and customer service our reputation speaks for itself. Our relatively small service area of: Clarkdale, Cottonwood, Sedona and Camp Verde gives us control of each job to be sure our customer is not just a number on a order sheet.

In 2019 we added our swimming pool license and provide quality pools at a low cost.

ALM Construction Inc. also operates under a D.B.A. of SprayCrete Shotcrete Arizona which performs shotcrete and concrete services for Swimming Pools, Foundations, Retaining walls, Concrete Slab Floors.
